Vilin Bio Med Limited Signs Strategic MoU with Ideal Pharma B.V. to Strengthen European Pharmaceutical Presence

Vilin Bio Med Limited is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ideal Pharma B.V., The Netherlands, on 28 July 2026 in Heerlen, The Netherlands. The collaboration marks an important step in the Company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the European pharmaceutical market.

The strategic collaboration aims to combine Vilin Bio Med’s pharmaceutical development and manufacturing capabilities with Ideal Pharma’s established European distribution and regulatory expertise. The parties intend to collaborate across pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory affairs, product registration, quality systems, contract manufacturing (CDMO), technology transfer, clinical trial supply, commercial distribution, and product commercialization across Europe.

As part of the proposed collaboration, the parties also intend to explore the establishment of pharmaceutical quality and batch release capabilities in the Netherlands to support regulatory compliance and facilitate market access within the European Economic Area (EEA). The collaboration further envisions the phased development of a comprehensive European pharmaceutical platform to support long-term growth and strengthen the global presence of both organizations.
